Born to a working-class family, Mike Wheeler learned early the value of hard work and perseverance. After earning his degree in Accountancy from The George Washington University and an MBA from the University of Michigan, he launched a successful career in global finance, rising to senior leadership roles at major firms like J.P. Morgan, Bank of America, and Morgan Stanley. His experience managing risk through the Great Recession and the European debt crisis taught him the importance of fiscal responsibility and sound economic policy. As a Job Creator, Business Leader and Local GOP Leader Mike is ready to continue to serve in this next chapter here in Texas Hill Country.
